Rob Schneider Tries To School John Lewis On MLK Day, But Social Media Wasn't Having It

The actor attempted to lecture Congressman John Lewis on civil rights practices, and people made hilarious memes about his comments.

During Martin Luther King Jr. Day, ex-Saturday Night Live comic Rob Schneider tried to lecture Congressman John Lewis on how to approach civil rights issues.

However, people on social media questioned Schneider’s relevancy (and authority to even comment on the subject) and many immediately criticized him for his remarks.

The actor, who stars in films like Deuce Bigalow, The Hot Chick, 50 First Dates and The Animal, sent his commentary as an echo to the attack on Lewis, which was tweeted by President-elect Donald Trump just a few days before the federal holiday.
