Toni Braxton Is "Resting At Home" After Being Treated For Lupus Complications

The singer spent several days at a Los Angeles hospital being treated for the autoimmune disease. 

A spokeswoman for Toni Braxton says the singer "is resting at home and is fine" after spending several days in a Los Angeles hospital being treated for Lupus. 

Back in 2010 the singer revealed that she'd been diagnosed with the autoimmune disease. Braxton was not in serious condition, but spokesperson Maureen O'Connor said that the disease must be monitored at all times.

According to TMZ, Birdman rushed to the singer's side after hearing the news, jumping on a plane from New York to be with Braxton, who he started dating earlier this year. 

Braxton was initially checked out in Atlanta, but flew to Los Angeles late last week and was admitted for treatment. O'Connor says Braxton plans to start rehearsals for an upcoming tour once she's feeling better.
