According to TMZ, Richard claims his wife has been stealing his social security checks and forging his signature in order to steal property from him. He says his wife has forged his name in order to obtain cars and on a deed to transfer one of his homes to herself.

The couple have a 5-year-old son, who Richard feels is being endangered by Lakeisha’s lifestyle. Reportedly, Lakeisha is living with a person who has “serious criminal, felony charges pending” and accuses his wife of being an alcoholic and taking his guns.

Lakeisha’s attorney told TMZ, “All of the allegations are false and will be proven to be false when we litigate the case in court.” The attorney adds that Richard just wants to avoid paying alimony and child support.

Hopefully, the situation between the two can remain civil for the sake of their child, but right now, it’s on rocky ground.
