The couple confirmed the news to ET today: "The rumors regarding an extravagant wedding are simply not true. Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony."
As Hollywood's best and brightest sisters streamed into the event, many stopped by our photo booth to have a little fun.
ESSENCE honored Oprah Winfrey, Alfre Woodard, Gabrielle Union, Mara Brock-Akil, Naomie Harris and little Quvenzhané Wallis at the 2013 BWIH event.
The Black Women in Hollywood honoree, who will be taking home the 2013 Power Award, says: "What really matters the most is knowing who you are and whose you are."
"She's an amazing mother, wife, creator and executive producer," says Tia Mowry.
Quvenzhane Wallis loves sparkling dresses and puppy purses.
