UPDATE: General McChrystal Resigns
General Stanley McChrystal -- the top military commander in Afghanistan -- has resigned from his position after he and his aides made disparaging remarks about the Obama administration that were published in a "Rolling Stone" profile, CNN reported. President Obama has asked General David Petraeus to take McChrystal's position. The Commander in Chief said today that the General McChrystal's behavior "does not meet the standard that should be set by a commanding general."
