John Legend Opens Up About Fertility Struggles With Chrissy Teigen: 'We Want To Have A Few More Hopefully'

John Legend is ready for more babies with wife Chrissy Teigen.

The “Love Me Now” crooner opened up about becoming a father and the fertility difficulties he and Teigen endured before the birth of their first child Luna in April 2016. But one thing is for sure, their struggles haven't stopped their desire to grow their family. Legend wants more kids.

“We want to have a few more hopefully,” he says in an interview with Mr. Porter. How many? “Three or four. We'll play it by ear though.”

Teigen revealed last year on her now defunct talk show FABLIFE that the couple had been struggling with infertility for years before turning to IVF. 

"I am so tired of seeing on my social media, 'Why don't you have kids? Why don't you have kids?' You don't know," she said during an episode of the show. "You don't know what I'm going through."

“You know, sometimes it's just harder for some people than for others,” Legend told Mr. Porter about their struggle. “We're just happy that we were able to do it with our doctor. He's never really told us that there was something specific that he could identify was the reason why it just didn't work out naturally. We did what we had to do.”

We can't wait to see Luna become an older sister.
