'Black Panther' Star, Letitia Wright, Hopes Film Will Embolden Kids To Study Science

The actress plays a tech-savvy fighter in the epic film.

Just in case you don't have enough Black Panther fever, Letitia Wright shared more to be excited about. The Marvel comic being brought to screen has a star-studded cast that includes Chadwick Boseman, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong'o— to name a few. Wright plays Black Panther's (Boseman) little sister who is into technology and science.

"I want little girls and boys to come out of the cinema and be like, 'Yo mom, I wanna be a scientist. I wanna use my mind to be innovative. I wanna build my country,'" she said. "So hopefully this film does that."
