Summer doesn't officially kick off until one song is heard, "Summertime" by Will Smith. At Saturday's Roots Picnic, the Philly native blazed the stage and it was all courtesy of his daughter, Willow.

Willow Smith hit the stage at the 9th annual Roots Picnic in Philadelphia over the weekend and surprised the audience with a guest performer, her dad.

Will Smith, along with DJ Jazzy Jeff, joined his daughter on stage for a father-daughter performance of Will and Jazzy Jeff's summer anthem "Summertime."

Could this be Will's first step to making a musical comeback? Complex reports that the actor has been working with Kanye and dropped a verse on Colombian dance group Bomba Estereo's "Fiesta" remix. Will and DJ Jazzy Jeff were also planning to embark on a world tour with Will telling Zane Lowe in an interview last October, "I'm really ready, man, I got a whole lotta heart to share and I'm excited about getting it into my music."

We're ready too Will. Give us another summer anthem!
