There's always been a heavy flirtationship between music and fashion, but few artists are able to mature it into a long-term relationship. Pharrell Williams is one of the exceptions.
The singer and producer has two successful high-end streetwear labels Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream. He's also collaborated with fashion brands like Adidas Originals and G Star Raw — which he became co-owner of earlier this year.
Now he's is teaming up with Chanel!
Although details about the collaboration are vague, a video teaser shows Pharrell touring the fashion house's design studio and playfully interacting with artisans at the Métiers d’art Paris in Rome during the making of the 2015-16 collection.
He's worked with Chanel before, performing at a 2015 presentation and starring alongside Cara Delevingne in a 2014 short film. However, their partnership has hit a peak with what we can assume are covetable Chanel items infused with Pharrell's unique sensibility.
The collaboration will be released next month, June 2016.
