These teens are taking prom dresses to a whole new level.

Teens have been slaying prom this season and the latest teen to do so makes us wish we'd upped our game at our prom.

Benton Harbor, Michigan resident Jawana Young, along with her date Jaylin Lee, paid homage to the classic film Coming To America by dressing as Imani Izzi and Prince Akeem.

Based on one of the film's most iconic scenes, Young wore a gold gown and high ponytail, a perfect replica of Iman's dress, while Lee sported a tux and fur stole. Ardale Clark, a friend of Young's, also dressed as Oha to carry her train.

Young's mother shared videos of her daughter strutting down the red carpet in her dress and in one video, you can even hear Clark singing the entrance song from the iconic film.

This was one moment that Jawana and her classmates surely won't forget.

Slay, queen!
