Love and Hip Hop Atlanta's Puerto Rican Princess is excited about her new role!

Joseline Hernandez is about to make the leap from reality television to really acting on television.

The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member will make her acting debut in Lee Daniels' upcoming new FOX series, Star.

The show centers around three women in a girl group chasing dreams of stardom in Atlanta. And, while Joseline couldn't share much on her role, she revealed to VH1 that she recently finished filming scenes for the series and confirmed that FOX, which also airs Daniels' Empire, had just picked it up.

Despite this being Joseline's first acting gig, the reality star doesn't seem too bothered by it or the thought of more projects in the future.

"You just gotta do your own thing and then you’ll be successful like me," she said, "And then you’ll end up having your own show and then you’ll end up doing something for Lee Daniels on FOX or different things like that."

Love her or hate her, Joseline is expanding her media reach even further. Are you excited to see what she brings to the table in Daniels' new series?
