Kerry Washington Signs Development Deal with ABC

Washington signed the ABC deal through her production company Simpson Street. Congrats, Kerry!

Scandal's Kerry Washington has signed an overall deal with ABC Studios and ABC Signature Studios, which will develop projects for the network.

According to Variety, Washington entered the deal through her production company Simpson Street, which was behind the HBO hit Confirmation, which was behind the HBO Anita Hill film Confirmation. Washington said in a statement:
