Get Ready: Rihanna Documentary Is Coming Soon

The doc will focus on the Bajan star's rise to fame and look at what life is like for a young artist at the top.

You may think you know Rihanna, but you don't. The "Kiss It Better" singer might be free-spirited when it comes to her music and love of marijuana, but when you really think about it she's pretty guarded about her private life. That could change, though, with an upcoming documentary.

Rihanna Gives Moving Speech at 'Black Girls Rock': 'The Only Thing That's Kept Me Going is Being Myself'

As one of the first projects from Peter Berg's Film 45, the documentary will focus on Rihanna's rise to fame and examine what life is like for a young artist at the top of their game. Berg is the same director who gave Rihanna her first acting role in the film Battleship. He said in a statement that the documentary will be "much more a character study than a music film."
