Queen Bey may be headed back to the silver screen sooner than later.
According to Page Six, Beyoncé has solidified her role in Bradley Cooper's remake of classic film A Star is Born.
The film, which originated in 1937 and was adapted in 1954 with Judy Garland and in 1976 with Kris Kristofferson and Barbra Streisand, follows an up-and-coming actress who finds herself in Hollywood and under the guidance of a seasoned movie star.
A source says that Beyonce has been taking acting lessons in order to prep for the role. There is no word yet on who else will be featured in the film.
'A Star is Born' is said to begin production late 2016 or early 2017.
