Judge In Bill Cosby Case Refuses To Dismiss Lawsuit

Judge Craig Karlan refuses to dismiss allegations against Bill Cosby in most recent case.

Bill Cosby's legal issues are neverending.

In his most recent lawsuit, 57-year-old Judy Huth accused Cosby of molesting her when she was just 15 years old. Cosby's attorneys tried to dismiss the case because they felt that Huth's attorneys violated rules for how to handle older sex abuse cases, especially those dealing with underage victims. However, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Craig Karlan refused to dismiss the lawsuit despite the procedural errors.
