Kevin Hart Motivates Man to Finish Spontaneous 5K Run in Dallas

During a spontaneous 5K run in Dallas Friday, Kevin Hart shared a motivational moments with a overweight man who was just on the verge of finishing the race. 

Kevin Hart brought his pop-up 5K run to Dallas in an continued effort to get fans everywhere moving. 

According to People, there was one fan in particular that needed an extra push from the comedian. Hart shared an Instagram post Friday that shows his running with an overweight man who was just a quarter mile away from finishing the race.

This is why I do it....Simply for moments like this!!! I saw him a quarter mile out from the finish line and I was so inspired by how hard he was working....I jumped down and ran out to him and finished his 5K with him!!!! The spontaneous race is one of many Hart has organized throughout the country this summer, including runs in Boston, Atlanta, Georgia and Brooklyn.
