Beyonce Just Became the Most Grammy-Nominated Female of All Time, Earns Album Of The Year Nod

Today's Grammy nomination of Beyonce's self-titled album, Beyonce, nudged her past the previous champ, Dolly Parton.

The reign of Beyoncé continues.

The "Drunk in Love" singer was just nominated for her 47th Grammy award, making her the most-nominated woman in Grammy history. Rolling Stone reports that Beyonce just surpassed country singer Dolly Parton for the top honor.

The announcement came after Bey received a Grammy nomination in the Album Of The Year and Best Urban Contemporary Album category for her self-titled album, Beyonce. The singer is now the seventh most-nominated artist of all time among men or women.

The Grammys air on February 8, 2015 on CBS.
