Will Smith is reportedly gearing up to bring a New Year's Eve special to Miami.

Will Smith is said to be developing a New Year's Eve television special a la Dick Clark's "New Year's Rockin' Eve.

According to Page Six, sources say the show is currently being shopped to networks and will feature musical performances, "possibly one by Will."

Sources also say that the special would be a collaboration with close friend David Beckham. The event would take place in Miami with a focus on Beckham's Miami soccer team.

The venture would be done as a part of Smith's Overbrook Entertainment Company. There is no word yet on whether it be a family affair with help from Jada, Jaden and Willow.
