What: First Lady Michelle Obama's Carolina Herrera gown

Where: The State Dinner

Why: The French are known for their utmost chicness, so it was a must Michelle Obama bring-it on the fashion front while meeting with French President Francoise Hollande –– and she did. The First Lady looked like something out of a Disney princess movie clad in a periwinkle Carolina Herrera gown with a lace bodice and sparkling diamond-drop earrings. Although we were pretty much speechless, we could muster up one word to describe the look: Magnifique!
