See why we're sipping on hot tea this morning:

• NBA superstar Dwyane Wade's New York Times best-selling book, A Father First: How My Life Became Bigger Than Basketball, will be re-imagined for television. Fox has agreed to adapt the book into a half-hour comedy written by Burn Notice's Ben Watkins. The show, entitled Three the Hard Way, will follow Daryl Wade and his friends who wind up parenting Wade's two sons after he gains custody. Wade will executive produce the show alongside Watkins. • Outkast could be reuniting in 2014 for an anniversary tour, reports Revolt. Next year will mark the 20th anniversary of the rap group's debut album, Southernplayalisticadillactmuzik. "We've been kind of discussing some thing… once we map it out, we'll make an announcement," said Big Boi in an interview earlier this year. [YBF]

R&B Divas Atlanta and Los Angeles will be returning in 2014. It's unclear if all of the leading ladies will be coming back for the next season. According to Sister 2 Sister, all but Faith Evans and Nicci Gilbert have been confirmed for the show.  Only time will tell if new cast members will be added to the mix. [Sister 2 Sister]

• Hill Harper will co-star in the upcoming thriller The Boy Next Door alongside Jennifer Lopez. The film follows a newly single mom (Lopez) who becomes attracted to the boy next door (Ryan Guzman). Things get tricky when she wants to end things, but he's not ready to let go. Harper will play the principal at the kids' school. There's no word on when shooting will begin or when the movie is expected to be released. [Hollywood Reporter]
