Coffee Talk: Christina Milian Eliminated from 'Dancing with the Stars'

• Last night, Christina Milian's run on Dancing with the Stars came to a dramatic end. The former Voice correspondent was kicked off the show after not receiving enough votes. The news came as a shock since she earned the season's first 10 while dancing the cha-cha-cha Monday night. But it just wasn't enough to keep her and partner Mark Ballas out of the danger zone. "Honestly I didn't think it was going to be me," said Milian. "I thought that because we had such a great performance tonight that the score was really going to help us out but you know how it is." • Dwayne Johnson is quickly becoming one of the hottest action stars of our time. He just inked a deal with New Line to star in their upcoming flick, San Andreas. The movie centers on one rescue-helicopter pilot who flies across California to save his estranged daughter after the state suffers a mega earthquake. It's just one of several films Johnson has lined up. The production company is hoping to begin shooting in 2014. [Hollywood Reporter]

• Maxine Powell, the woman behind many of the talented acts of Motown has died. Powell was 98. The powerful woman was responsible for teaching many of the acts how to talk and walk—in many ways performing then modern-day media training. She most famously worked with The Supremes, Marvin Gaye and Smokey Robinson. Motown founder Berry Gordy said Powell was tough, but "poised, professional and very thankful." [CNN]

• Jamie Foxx covers the latest issue of Men's Fitness and inside he's sharing some pearls of wisdom—including some tips on how to be successful. "You've got to step out and take a chance," said Foxx. "If you can make it work, it goes a long way." He also said one should step outside their comfort zone. "Get outside your box. The world has changed. It allows you to do more things." [Daily Mail]
