• The 2013 BET Awards will welcome several big-name performers. Ciara, Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey and India.Arie have all been confirmed to take the stage as well as R. Kelly, Chris Brown and Kendrick Lamar. The awards will be held live on June 30th at 8 p.m. at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater. [TGJ]

Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes is reportedly jumping the broom this weekend. Leakes and ex-husband Gregg will hold their ceremony at Atlanta's Intercontinental Hotel. Guests will be required to sign detailed waivers before the ceremony kicks off. According to Radar Online, participating guests must promise they will not be operating under the influence of medication or drugs that might impair their physical or mental ability to properly function. • Best Actress Oscar nominee Quvenzhané Wallis will join the cast of the upcoming animated film The Prophet. She will voice act along side Salma Hayek and Liam Neeson. The film is expected to be completed in the spring of 2014. In the immediate future, Wallis will reportedly begin shooting the Annie remake this winter. [Clutch Mag]

• Tamar Braxton and hubby Vincent Herbert have official sold their swanky Los Angeles mansion. The couple made a $3.5 million profit on the property. They originally purchased the 11,700-square-foot home in 2011 and put it on the market in October of 2012 for $6.9 million. [TMZ]
