• The weekend box office numbers are in. Olympus Has Fallen starring Morgan Freeman and Angela Bassett earned $30.5 million in its opening weekend. It outperformed its prediction of $21 million. • Kim Zolciak is firing back at Kandi Burruss for her "Tardy for the Party" lawsuit. Zolciak's rep Mike Paul told Radar Online that his client paid Burruss more than $23,000 in royalties and that the timing of the lawsuit is suspicious. According to documents, it's been over three years since the song was released. The suit was delivered two days before the group reunited for a reunion special. [Radar Online]

• As Katherine Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG for billions of dollars begins to heat up, lawyers are questioning Michael's three kids about their father's last days. According to CNN, Prince was already questioned some time ago and now Paris is next in line. The defense counsel also wants to question the youngest Jackson, Blanket, however doctors are against the idea citing it would be "medically detrimental." The trial is set to begin next month. [CNN]
