Why: Mrs. O was on hand to present the Best Picture Award at the 85th Annual Academy Awards wearing a beautifully beaded silver Naeem Khan gown. Her surprise appearance may have shocked the crowd, but it was the beauty of the art deco-inspired sparkling number that completely knocked our socks off.  Featured on-screen against a backdrop of cascading lights, the First Lady commanded our attention with this look, and while she was awarding Argo we were secretly awarding her best dressed!
