Tamar Braxton finally debuted her long awaited video for her first single “Love and War” off her upcoming sophomore album of the same name.
The video is shot in black and white and is quite dramatic—just like the song and its lyrics.
The day after the song debuted it soared to the top of the iTunes charts, and Braxton was thrilled with the reviews. “I definitely didn’t expect that kind of response,” she told ESSENCE.com the next day. Braxton also revealed the song is really about her marriage. “But given everything that happened to Vince and I… and everything we went through in our marriage, this song was fitting.”
