Tamera Mowry-Housley and hubby Adam Housley will be welcoming their bundle of joy this fall, and he’ll be decked in blue, reports People.
The actress revealed her desire for a baby boy shortly after announcing her pregnancy. “I helped raise my brothers so I have somewhat of an experience raising boys,” she said.
Though Mowry-Housley and her husband weren’t planning to have kids so soon after tying the knot in 2011, a trip to South Africa changed it all. “It’s just so beautiful there and you get a whole new perspective on life, the things that really matter. Adam and I looked at each other and said, ‘Why wait?'”
The first trimester was rough for the mom-to-be, but she’s slowly getting back to her normal self. “I was extremely fatigued and had some morning sickness – more like evening sickness. Luckily, it has subsided in my second trimester. I feel great as of now – more like myself.”
Mowry-Housley’s twin sister Tia Mowry welcomed her son Cree a year ago.
