Whatever you have going on, I want to suggest that you plan how you are going to enter each situation, how you will greet the weekend. How you are going to be?
Plan on a weekend of smiling, or one of gratitude. You might choose to be patient, loving, kind, tenderly honest or humble.
Pick only one thing.
When you wake up and throughout the day remind yourself of your intention for the weekend.
When you go to the store think of your word, your dedication for the weekend. Relate to the cashier with kindness if that's your weekend intent.
Interact with your sweetie with kindness even if you feel otherwise. Do a self-check: was I just kind to myself?
Keep it up, and Monday morning examine how you feel and what you learned about yourself.
