Halle Berry Seeking Permission to Move to France

Halle Berry has filed papers requesting permission to move Nahla to France with boyfriend, Olivier Martinez, reports TMZ.

Undoubtedly, this decision has Nahla's father, Gabriel Aubry, quite upset.

Today's news comes shortly after an L.A. judge ruled Aubry will retain partial custody of Nahla while being investigated for child endangerment and battery charges. A nanny alleges Aubry pushed her while holding Nahla. As a result, Aubry has agreed to take anger management classes.

However, this move may effect the L.A. Department of Child and Family Service's order that Nalah undergo therapy and the judge's order that both Berry and Aubry parenting classes together.
