Must-See: Watch Michelle Obama's Fitness Competition

Last week, Michelle Obama did push-ups with Ellen DeGeneres to promote her "Let's Move Initiative." This week, she made a pit stop at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to raise the stakes. The First Lady held a friendly physical fitness face-off against Fallon at the White House.

The two competed in several games including push-ups, tug-of-war and dodge-ball. Their competition finished with a potato sack race that marked Mrs. Obama the overall winner.

Fallon got the idea to challenge Mrs. Obama when she said, "I'm pretty much willing to make a complete fool out of myself to get our kids moving."

Turns out Fallon was the fool to think he could beat the First Lady.
