Last month, Raymond asked a Georgia court to grant her full custody of the pair’s two young sons on grounds that Usher had failed to get her permission to travel with the kids, hired nannies without her approval, and revoked access to her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card. Raymond later also accused her ex-husband of committing substance abuse around their kids.

Usher has now filed his own response to Raymond’s claims, asking a judge to reject Raymond’s request for full custody. The R&B singer’s court documents maintain that Raymond’s allegations regarding travel, nannies and her Saks credit card are all false.

Prior to Raymond’s court filing, the two shared joint physical custody of their two sons, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond. Perhaps the two will come to a mutual agreement when they face each other in court on February 27.
