Kelly Rowland Embraces the Gay Community

Kelly Rowland is on top of the world these days. Earlier this year, the singer attended the London nightclub G-A-Y to praise the community that has helped her achieve so much.

“My gay fans are the reason I’m here, you know what I mean. For me, the gay community provides so much strength and I really say this from the heart,” she told Female First. The singer went to the nightclub in support of Sophia Habibas, an “X Factor” contestant who was kicked off the show.

“There is so much unconditional love, and I appreciate that it has been so amazing. When I went to G-A-Y, I was so overwhelmed with the love that I almost teared up,” she added.

This has been Rowland’s year. She’s been on tour with Chris Brown, her single “Motivation,” has topped charts, and she’s finishing up her run as a judge on the hit show, “X Factor.” We’re happy to hear that she is doing big things around town!
