Mommy-to-be Beyonce continues to keep her fans entertained even as she counts down the days until the arrival of her baby.

The Grammy winner has released a new video for "I Care," the fifth single from her #1 album "4." The video uses footage from Bey’s 'Live at Roseland: The Elements of 4" DVD.

Decked out in a sparkly mini dress, an exceedingly fierce B commands the stage with her powerhouse vocals and pure, raw emotion.
