Tomorrow the Chicago-bred rapper, actor and author releases his much-anticipated ninth (yes, ninth!) studio album, "The Dreamer, The Believer." And, if that's not enough for you, the brother is starring on AMC's new hit drama "Hell on Wheels." The laid-back cutie is having a great year and, we admit, we haven't been able to take our eyes off of him. He is like water for chocolate.
