In an official statement released to TMZ, Deion says, “Pilar and I have decided to end our marriage and move on to the next phase of our individual lives with mutual respect. We are friends and our top priority has and will continue to be the well-being of our children."
The NFL Hall of Famer and model Pilar Biggers were married in 1999 and have three children together. The couple is well known in the public eye. They once starred in their own reality show on Oxygen called “Deion and Pilar: Prime Time Love”, which followed their everyday family life in Texas. Pilar later rose to fame on her own after joining the cast of VH1’s “Football Wives” and is respected for her philanthropic work.
Rumors that the couple had split began circulating in early September but were denied by both parties at the time.
