Closet Envy: Holly Robinson-Peete and Gelila Puck

It's not easy to juggle love, family and career. But two dynamic women -- actress Holly Robinson Peete and designer Gelila Puck -- do it all and then some.

Both women head-up powerful charities that are impacting lives at home and abroad. Peete's HollyRod foundation helps families dealing with autism and Parkinson's disease, two conditions which have affected her life personally, while Puck's charity, Dream for Future Africa Foundation, helps children get the education they deserve in her native Ethiopia.

BMW and ESSENCE joined together to honor these women at the recent Art of Giving Gala.
