Check out why we're drinking strong black coffee this morning:

  • Could Diana Ross be raising Michael Jackson's three kids? It looks that way. She was reportedly named in his will as their guardian should anything happen to Katherine Jackson, who turns 81 on May 4th. A source revealed to Radar Online that this tidbit of information is true, and Ross "has made no moves whatsoever not to fufill her role that Michael intended for her." However, it was also confirmed that she has yet to spend any real time with the kids and won't until the time is necessary. [Radar Online]

  • A New York gaming company has filed a major lawsuit against Beyonce. Gate Five LLC alleges that last June, the star backed out a deal for a video game called "Starpower Beyonce." The company says it lost $100 million in potential profit and had to let go of 70 employees. We'll see how this plays out in court. [Bossip]

  • In other Jackson family news, Katherine Jackson is hoping you'll send your mother flowers for Mother's Day. She's teaming up with SendHerFlowers.com to launch the Katherine Jackson Flower Collection. She says her favorite kind are red and yellow roses. [CNN]

  • YouTube sensation Antoine Dodson was arrested in Alabama on Saturday for possession of marijuana in addition to failing to appear in court, not having insurance and for speeding, of course. He has plead not guilty to all charges. [Perez Hilton]

  • On Easter, Bishop Eddie Long gave a sermon that perhaps targeted his accusers. "You ain't messin' with me. I shall rise again and I ain't going through this. You have to go down there and let the devil know that what they thought was gonna kill you..." Some might say his strong words come at a unique time — given he is very close to reaching a settlement with his accusers. [Black Voices]

  • MC Hammer is set to give financial advice to future entrepreneurs. It's going to be a summer mentoring program aimed at minorities who aspire to open companies. Should he be the one to share money advice with kids? Possibly, although he filed for bankruptcy in 1996, he reportedly learned from his erroneous ways. [Boom Box]

  • Finally, Diddy admits he's fallen off his fashion game. He places the blame on his fame. He says he can't go shopping because the stores get too crowded for him. But he's still dabbling with producing clothing for the masses. He recently collaborated with Diamond Supply Co. for streetwear. [Vibe]
