First Lady Michelle Obama gave children in Harlem and Newark a workout they won't soon forget. In town to promote her "Let's Move" campaign against childhood obesity, FLOTUS was clad in workout gear as she got the children jumping rope and running. She even did shuttle runs with them -- how fun! During her stop at Harlem's Police Athletic League Center the First Lady told kids, "You are our future, that's why I spent so much time with you guys. Turn off the TV, turn off the video games, put down the potato chips and the candy." A student at Newark's Maple Avenue School said the visit had inspired her to make sure her school had "healthy foods and no fried foods." Mrs. Obama also rounded out her visit by catching a performance of the Tony Award-winning musical, "Fela" starring Pattie Labelle.
