Professor Knowles? Don't worry, Beyonce hasn't put away her leotards and big hair. But Matthew Knowles, longtime manager of Destiny's Child, Beyonce, Kelly and Solange, has received a professorship at Texas Southern University to teach a course titled, "The Entertainment Industry." Known for making Destiny Child the most successful female group in the history of pop music, over the last two decades Knowles built a global entertainment empire, Music World Entertainment. Add to that his dual degrees in Business and Science, and Knowles proves that he's the man to teach such a course. As both students and teachers make their way back to school, we thought about the college courses we would love to see some our favorite celebrities teach. Life experience outweighs book smarts any day, and these celebs have experienced enough from their current situations to be more than qualified.
