At BET's '106 and Park' last week, Brandy showed up with the most magnificent head of waves we've seen in awhile. And while the syle looks super-complicated, it's actually a cinch to reproduce at home. First, pile freshly blowdried hair on top of your head. Then, starting at the bottom, pull out random sections, spritz with a heat protector like Nexxus Heat Protexx Heat Protection Styling Spray ($13.99) and then wrap the section around the barrel of a one-inch curling iron (make sure you keep the iron closed). Once you've curled all of your hair, let it set for about twenty minutes. Then, massage a small dollop of Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum ($6.50) between your hands, and run your fingers through the curls, breaking them up.
