Office Obsession: Estee Lauder's Liquid EyeShadow

When it comes to eye shadow, there are few things more important than A.) shimmer and B.) staying power. Accordingly, we're head-over-heels for Estee Lauder new, limited edition Bronze Goddess Liquid EyeShadow collection ($17.50, each). The beyond-vibrant, intensely metallic shades look heavenly on brown skin, and they somehow manage to stay put for hours on end (last weekend, an ESSENCE.com staffer wore the Aqua Flash hue to work, an after-work date, and then a birthday party--and the shadow didn't crease or fade the entire time!).
