Happy 40th Birthday, Queen Latifah!

The symbol tattooed on her back means "accomplish everything without fear" and Queen Latifah continues to do just that. From music to television, film to fashion and beauty, we've watched this New Jersey-born, Oscar-nominee blossom right before our eyes over the last two decades. She continues to make us proud. Earlier this month, we honored her with the Power Award at our Third Annual Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon and today, as she embarks on her fourth decade of life, we wish Queen Latifah a very happy birthday.
