Vampy eyes don't have to involve extreme black liner, tons of lashes and layers of blended-out-to-there khol shadow (although, it definitely gets the job done!). Sometimes, the sexiest look is the simplest one. Exhibit A: Model Selita Ebanks' sultry, softlysmoky eyes. To do, simply use your finger to blend a dove-gray shadow from lashes to crease, and then apply a shimmery pearl hue on browbones and on the inner corner of your eyes (try Estee Lauder Signature Shadow Quad in Black Smoke, $35; it contains both shades).
