Talk about an endorsement of the highest possible order. Designer Isaac Mizrahi is over-the-moon that First Lady Michelle Obama chose to wear a long-sleeved plum-colored dress by the famed fashionista. In a video blog on his site, Mizrahi says we should start calling the "exquisitely beautiful" creation "the State of the Union A-Dress." "It was the right dress at the right moment," he says. "That's what fashion is all about." Mizrahi also points out that the First Lady chose to wear a purple dress which is a blend of red and blue.
