Rapper Plies is known for his penchant for ‘making it rain’ on concertgoers–last summer he showered fans with an estimated $50,000. This time around the Miami rapper is using his generosity for a good cause. At an Atlanta concert he pulled 18-year-old Khambrea Johnkins on stage, asked her to choose any college she wanted to attend and promised to pay her tuition.
“I don’t give a damn if its Georgia Tech Notre Dame, Florida State, Harvard, or Yale, if you want to go to college, I am going to send you to college,” he told her. Johnkins chose the University of Miami, where she plans to study nursing.
Now that’s a celeb rapping a gift the right way.
