You'll have to ask Michelle Obama who's been rocking the custom made pave diamond flower pin that her husband, who happens to be the head of state, bought her from Italian jeweler Garavelli. Michelle received her present on October third and has been showing it off in interviews with Oprah and Barbarah Walters, InStyle reported. She also used the pin to add a little sparkle to her elegant, black dress when she accompanied her husband to the Nobel Peace Prize Signing Ceremony (pictured) in Oslo, Norway.
