So Jay-Z couldn't make it to sing his verse for "Empire State of Mind" with Alicia Keys on her recent performance on "The Colbert Report". Not a problem for faux Comedy Central news reporter turned emcee, Stephen Colbert, who did his best to fill in for Jay, with some sketchy results. Dressed in a gray pin-striped hoodie under his suit, Colbert rapped about kicking it on the streets of...Connecticut. While Colbert has a long way to go to overtake Jay, we'll give him an A for effort.
