Tyrese Taking His Comic Books to iTunes

Comments

Tyrese continues to add slashes to his title. The singer/model/actor/cartoon creator has a new partnership with Apple to develop his comic series "Mayhem" digitally, according to CNN.com. His third issue fans will be able to downloard on iTunes.

"There was an experience that I felt was pretty limiting as far as the comic book experience itself on paper," he said. "I set up this technology with my team and this is the first-ever digital comic book [on iTunes] in the history of comic books."

Tyrese didn't share details on how big his pockets are growing from the deal, but did share it would knock your socks off. The "Transformers" star provides the voice of the Mayhem a superhero who throws daggers and is characterized as "embodiment of raw justice and vengeance." With Hollywood's affinity for heroes, we are looking forward to the day Tyrese brings his character to the big screen (spandex included). -CJ
