Some might say Tyra Banks’ stalker got a slap on the risk after escaping jail time for the classroom that will teach him the same strategies aimed at those coping with relationship problem.
Brady Green, 38, was convicted of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment in April, a month after he was arrested in the vicinity of the New York studio where the former supermodel films her daily “The Tyra Banks Show.”
After showering 35-year-old talk show diva with flowers, packages and notes, and threatening her assistant when she refused to reveal the star’s address, Banks turned to police.
Banks testified against him and a New York judge sentenced Green to one-year’s probation and ruled he must complete a course entitled Project SHARP (Stopping Harassment and Relationship Problems) at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
If he fails to attend all classes or stay away from Banks for at least two years minimum, he will be jailed for 90 days.–KNB
