The Story Behind Jay-Z's Longer Hair

If you've seen Jay-Z lately then you've probably noticed a change in his hair. At first we thought maybe Beyoncé had encourgaged her hubby to try something different and grow it out. Turns out the choice is Jay's. During a recent interview with radio station 93.9 WKYS in Washington, D.C., the number one question was about the rap mogul's notably longer hair, according to USAToday. His response: it's a ritual that he usually does when he's recording. "I know it's an eyesore, but it's working for the music," he said witha laugh.
