Details on the Decline of Blacks Jailed For Drugs


The number of Blacks in state prisons for drug crimes has had a major decline for the first time since cocaine infiltrated Black communities more than 20 years ago, according to the Washington Post. In direct contrast, there was an increase in White drug offenders imprisoned detailed in a new report.
